We ship free to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO and PO Boxes are outside our delivery area.

Free shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated combined time: 4–6 business days, plus any wait until processing begins. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. The cutoff is 07:00 PM fixed GMT−06:00 year-round. Orders at or after cutoff start the handling calculation the next business day. Delivery dates are estimates.

Request a return within 30 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Get authorization before returning to our address in France.

We cover return shipping for company errors, damaged or defective goods. You pay international return shipping to France for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

Contact us within 30 days of receipt. The unused and original-packaging rules for ordinary returns do not bar a damaged, defective or wrong-item claim.

After receiving and inspecting your return and approving a refund, we initiate it to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your bank or provider may take additional time to post it.

Follow the care instructions on the individual product page. Materials and trims vary across the collection; do not assume every bag is machine washable.
