Where We Deliver
We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
Shipping Cost
All orders within our delivery area receive free standard shipping. No expedited shipping option is offered.
Handling and Transit
Free shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated combined time: 4–6 business days, plus any wait until processing begins. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order Cutoff and Business Days
Our daily order cutoff is 07:00 PM at a fixed GMT−06:00 (Central Standard Time, Chicago reference). The cutoff does not change for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays. Orders received before the cutoff on a business day enter the handling calculation that day. Orders received at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter the handling calculation on the next business day. Any wait for that next business day is additional to the estimated 4–6 business days.
